Research on Low Noise Steering Micro Motor Based on Intelligent High-end Electric Tea Tray

Development basis and background

From the perspective of industry trends, medical device motors represent the future development direction of high-end motors. Medical mixing devices, as part of medical supplies, currently mainly use hollow cup motors. At the same time, it also puts forward higher requirements for the performance characteristics and reliability of the motor itself. This product requires low current at the same time need to be able to output a relatively larger torque and speed than conventional hollow cup, the noise and motor life also put forward more stringent requirements. From the current company's hollow cup product structure, it needs to be redesigned and developed to meet this new demand for matching, in order to obtain customer recognition. Precision medical equipment and other transmission mechanism, the use is very wide, the market prospect is very broad.

Main R & D contents and results

R & D content:

1. Structure optimization design of tea pan steering micro motor based on low noise:
a. Structural design of high energy magnetic material steering motor stator;
B. Structural optimization and configuration study of rotor components;
2. Study on the electrical performance of the tea tray steering micro motor;
a. The establishment of the parametric control model of the high-efficiency and low-consumption tea tray steering micro-motor;
B. performance experiment of tea tray steering micro motor with high voltage regulation range;
3. Research on efficient automatic production mode of tea tray turning to micro motor:
a. Research on high efficiency automatic winding technology of series motor rotor;
B. Production process simplification and integration study of end cover and stator components;
c. Research on the establishment of automation equipment and production lines;
d. Discussion and implementation of customized production models.

R & D Results:

We have developed four low-noise steering micro-special motors and a variety of motors, and set up a new workshop to form a supporting scale capable of producing more than 5 million sets of tea tray steering motors per year, fully meeting the customized needs of high-end customers in Chaoshan area and the needs of some foreign customers.
