Compared with brushed micro-motors, non-inductive brushless external transformation DC motors have good controllability, wide speed range; high reliability, no commutation sparks and wear; long working life, high energy efficiency ratio; low torque fluctuation, Low noise, low electromagnetic interference, stable operation; good low voltage characteristics, strong torque overload characteristics, large starting torque, small current, etc. It combines the advantages of both DC motors and AC asynchronous motors, the application field is expanding, and there is a trend to gradually replace the brush motor. Widely used in vehicle and model aircraft, medical equipment, small household appliances, industrial equipment, power tools and other fields.
As a product type that has sprung up in the past two or three years, the small fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle model has developed rapidly and is becoming more and more high-end and intelligent. The miniature hollow cup motor originally used for small multi-axis aerial model is no longer suitable for such products due to its inherent limitations in performance and life. The non-inductance brushless external transformation motor is developed to be compatible with its long life, large torque, high speed and low noise requirements. Early research and development of such motors can occupy a new highland of technology and sales in this field and lead the development direction of the industry.
Main R & D contents and results
R & D content:
1. Based on the commutation and electromagnetic principle of the motor, the best design of the motor magnetic circuit and the best winding coordination between the multi-slot and multi-pole stator and rotor are realized by simulation, so as to obtain the most accurate KV value control.
2. Design and use rare earth magnetism with large magnetic energy product, better temperature characteristics and anti-rust characteristics; The iron chip is made of 0.2mm thick cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel sheet, and the iron loss value (P10/50) is less than 2.0 W/kg, which effectively improves the comprehensive efficiency and power density of the motor.
3. The structural optimization design of the motor yoke, rotor frame and base and the optimal matching analysis of the parts tolerance between the stator and rotor are carried out. The main parts are formed by numerical control, which ensures the machining accuracy and position relationship of each part, reduces the imbalance from the source of the design, and optimizes the assembly process;
4. The laser electronic double-sided dynamic balancer is developed and introduced. The final dynamic unbalance of the motor (assuming the rotor weight of the motor is 20g, the radius is 14mm, and the rotating speed is 4000RPM) can be controlled within 5mg, which greatly reduces the noise and jitter of the UAV model at extremely high rotating speed and ensures the stability of the motor performance.
R & D Results:
1. Form the rapid design capability of the non-inductive brushless external transformation DC motor based on the fixed wing model, and establish a relatively complete and efficient production supporting process and problem-solving mechanism; in addition, on the premise of meeting the production process requirements, Strive to be economical and reasonable and fully consider factors such as production cost;
2. Develop 4 motor model product series, with an annual production capacity of more than 100000 sets, and actively expand the application range of its own products to adapt the products to the overall trend of domestic and international industries;
3. Win by quality, quickly meet the individual use and performance requirements of customers, and initially form the company's third main business in addition to iron core micromotors and hollow cup micromotors, thereby improving the company's technological innovation level and market competitiveness.
