2. Do not touch the power-on parts such as the power-on terminal during power-on to avoid electric shock.

4. Please be careful not to fix (lock) the shaft that is always energized. This is because depending on the specifications of the motor, even a short period of time may cause a risk of burning.
5. It is feared that the motor's operating conditions (installation state, load, ambient temperature) will increase the degree of heating of the motor, thus causing the risk of scalding. Please pay attention.

1. Please fully measure the electrical capacity and heat resistance before using wires, switches, relays, motor driver IC and other components. Because if it is inconsistent with the appropriate specifications, it will lead to burning and other failure reasons.

2. For matters related to matching confirmation and life confirmation with suits, please confirm with the suit manufacturer and ask the suit manufacturer to provide quality assurance.

Examples of items to be confirmed in package confirmation: life, various electrical characteristics, mechanical characteristics, mechanical noise, electrical noise, environmental placement, environmental gas, etc.

3. The internal resistance of the motor drive power supply (including circuit) and the use of high voltage, low voltage, high current, and pulse drive (including PWM) will affect the startability and motor life. In addition, not only at room temperature, but also at low and high temperatures, please confirm with actual use.

4. There may be a short circuit between the terminals caused by the end of the motor life, or a short circuit between the commutator slits caused by the specific environment and conditions of use. In order to prevent circuit burning, please use fuse and other protective measures.

5. The insulation resistance will decrease with the use time of the motor. Be sure to pay attention when the large case or terminal cover is used in common with the power supply GND.

Sometimes the axial movement of the output shaft affects the life of the motor. If the thrust load is large due to the worm or fan, please confirm with the actual use conditions. In particular, it is necessary to take into account the force at which a large thrust load is applied to the worm. Because there may be a bad contact.

7. Be sure to note that if the transmission mode of applying side pressure to the motor using belt drive and the like is adopted on the output, the service life of the motor may be shortened because the side pressure is applied to the bearing.

8. Due to the large radial load such as eccentric cam in the operation of the motor and the vibration from the outside, the life of the motor may be affected, so please confirm with the actual use conditions.

When pressing the pulley or pinion into the output shaft, please correctly accept the shaft tip or shaft receiving plate in the opposite direction before pressing in.

When pressing the motor into a cylindrical object, press the outer part of the large case or the terminal cover. Do not hold down the area near the center of the terminal cover, as this may cause deterioration of the initial movement. In particular, small diameter motors often change the number of revolutions due to the force when fixed, so be sure to pay attention.

11. When fixing the motor, please do not apply the force that will cause the motor body to deform. When fastening the screw, please do not fix only one side. This is because it may adversely affect the flatness and characteristics of the motor mounting surface.

12. Please do not apply external forces such as pressing, stretching, bending, etc. to the motor terminals. Because the RE-type terminal is the company's unique detachable snap-on terminal type. The terminal is usually not removed, but in case the terminal must be removed, please use the pictorial tool to remove it carefully so as not to damage the brush.
