Research and Development of Micro Speed Reducing Motor Based on Intelligent Electronic Lock

Development basis and background

 

In recent years, with the improvement of the level of social electronic information and the rise of people's safety awareness, the lock industry has developed rapidly. Mid-to-high-end locks have gradually evolved from traditional mechanical and electromagnetic locks to intelligent electronic locks or artificial integration. The lock has entered thousands of households and has become an indispensable must for people's life, work and study, for example, the car locks, electric curtain locks, high-end door locks, etc., which are currently popular in the country for sharing bicycles, are the key driving devices in providing intelligent electronic locks. At present, there is a wide range of demand for micro-speed reduction motors, and the motors are proposed to be compact in size. Compact, no power consumption, low noise, long life and other requirements; the gear box requires high precision gear machining, low noise, small backlash, high efficiency, assembly quality in place.

 

It is expected that the developed product can effectively combine the advantages of the traditional mechanical lock and electromagnetic lock, overcome the shortcomings of the traditional electric control lock in terms of excessive noise and power consumption of the electromagnetic lock, and the performance is more perfect and the advantages are more obvious. Through continuous improvement of product structure, process and improve product volume, weight, power consumption, start-up sensitivity, expansion of electromagnetic interference and other aspects of performance, to meet the needs of the market and improve the company's competitiveness.

 

Main R & D contents and results

 

R & D content:

1. Research on structural optimization design technology based on miniaturization.

On the basis of analyzing the structure, principle and original production process of the existing micro reduction door lock motor in the market and in the company, with miniaturization and integration as the design objectives, a variety of motor structure design schemes are listed. After repeated comprehensive analysis and comparison, the outer diameter of the motor is further reduced by more than 15%, the height of the motor is reduced by more than 25%, the internal structure is simplified to meet the demand of ultra-thinning, and precision/ultra-precision processing technology is introduced for production.

 

2. Research and development of a motor with carbon brush automatic adjustment device

The carbon brush of the motor often wears out rapidly under the condition of high current. Through the research on the rear cover components of the motor, the company expects to design a motor with an automatic adjustment device for carbon brush, including carbon brush, torsion spring, carbon brush holder installed on the end cover of the motor and carbon brush groove, which can effectively adjust the carbon brush according to the wear condition and avoid damage caused by contact between the torsion spring and the commutator.

 

3. Multi-structure optimization design based on serialization and standardization.

Taking the comprehensive performance test results of the door lock reduction motor as the optimization target, the center distance of the small modulus reduction box is reasonably designed, and a tower type reduction mechanism is designed and developed, which can be compatible with 15~25 different reduction ratios in the range of 1:10 to 1:10 1000. At the same time, the gear parts are standardized, and the gear pairs are modularized, so there is no need to process too many non-standard gears, it can be matched with multiple reduction ratio reduction boxes to meet the needs of multiple varieties and small batches, saving time and manpower. At the same time, the magnetic properties of the motor magnetic steel, the coil structure and the weight of the whole system are further optimized, so as to quickly obtain the most matching performance combination required by customers and quantify it to meet the torque and speed requirements of different customers. Form a series of standardized electronic door lock gear motor products.

 

4. Research on key technology of noise reduction of door lock gear motor

Through the optimization design of gear motor assembly and structure process, including tolerance and precision analysis of gear, gearbox base, bearing, rotor assembly, commutator and brush, optimization analysis of assembly process, new materials and noise reduction of motor and gearbox, application of lubricating materials, etc., a low-noise deceleration door lock micro-motor is designed and developed. Through the analysis and research of the influence of rotor static eccentricity and glue type on motor noise, point out the influence of electromagnetic noise on the motor; find out the key parameters of the motor noise distribution is inconsistent and the difference is large in the same model.

 

R & D Results:

1. Obtain relevant independent intellectual property rights, apply for a utility model patent, and obtain an authorization to effectively adjust the carbon brush of the motor according to the wear condition, and through the use of the torsion spring, the elastic force acting on the carbon brush is uniform, which can not only make effective use of the carbon brush, but also avoid the damage caused by the contact between the torsion spring of the motor and the commutator.

2. Developed a series of small size, low noise, practical, cost-effective, fully in line with the needs of intelligent electronic door locks micro gear motor.
